Hold on... stuff that was under SG1 now appears under SG0? Repligard is not supposed to change sitegroup assignments for existing objects. Unless the object had a guid that existed in the database and the repligard import file had an object with the same guid in another sitegroup. That would probably update the original object (right, Alexander) and modify its sitegroup assignment. But nadmin should only list its own resources (with their own guids), so the shouldn't touch any of your existing (not-nadmin-related) objects.
