I fully agree with Emile. It is indeed an important issue to have
a person who constantly tracks documentation and pins developers about
changes. Being a professor of CS in near past I all for this.
You can and definitely should use developers' minds for updating
documentation and we (as developers) cannot be against it in any case.
This is also an important issue in our case where English isn't main
language for most of Midgard developers and share of knowledge
for all users of Midgard is definitely limited by this as well.
