[midgard-user] documentation question

Is there documentation around the provides a real world walk through of a project setup?  I have been trying to read the docs online and I think I have a headache now :-) .  Most specifically I am trying to find out the proper way to add a user.  If I did it correctly where does the user go to log in to be able to update pages?  How do you actually upload images to the site?   Does anyone else feel my pain? :-)   Thanks, Dan
