Hi, I used to be a midgard guru a year ago but I seem to have forgotten everything. Now I have got a big and very urgent problem:
I had a sitegroup-free 1.4 installation. Then, that machine go hijacked by a hacker so I nuked the disk, but I saved the my daily mysql dump of the midgard database. Then, I made a fresh Mandrake 8.1 install and got the Midgard RPMs from the Midgard site (normally, I prefer compiling but it was very urgent, just like now). I installed the RPMs, configured apache, and created a new database from my dump and everything was up and running again. I use the same old admin site which was contained in my dump. Login as admin works. But I cannot login as a user anymore. I believe this is a sitegroup issue. It always fails. Supposing my old uid was user, i tried user, user*, user!, user$, user*SG0,... no avail. But I now need to login as user. Any help greatly appreciated...
