I had problems when upgrading Midgard 1.4 to 1.4.1 (or 2).

I had to do the database upgrade scripts in Midgard (they aren't
part of the RPMs) on my old database. I configured, then
looked at the output, and did the steps singly, checking what
effect they had had on the database.

Then I did the same with nadmin.

Then I went in with phpMyAdmin to change the users
and passwords, so I could actually get in, before any of the
administration tools (Asgard, nadmin) actually worked.
