See the comment about screwey.  The engine doesn't fire if its in the 
virtual host directive.  I'll solve this shortly.

No, IE just doesn't go anywhere if you go to a strange port without http://.  
But yes, called 8102 and the port called was 80 according the the sql logs.

The blob dir exists and is called properly.  Hoever the install docs say 
-nothing- about copying the asgard admin images to the blob area.
