According to these docs
(http://www.midgard-project.org/manual/en/x252.php):
MidgardDatabase [<host>:]<midgard> <midgard> <midgard>
there an optional argument for the database host. When I try to
add a host in my midgard-data.conf I get the following error:
Syntax error on line 2 of /usr/local/apache/conf/midgard-data.conf:
MidgardDatabase takes three arguments, Name of the Midgard database,
username and password from which to fetch content
I vaguely remember this working in the past. Deprecated.
It does work. Be sure to use the correct format:
MidgardDatabase remotehost.example.com:database username password
The error message quoted above suggests that you've introduced spaces
between the hostpart and the database name, causing Apache to see more
arguments then there should be.
wkr,
Thank You,
I am enlightened.
