So, actually my questions are:
- how do I assign the child style to my newly created website?
You should be able to click on the website (under the Websites tab), click Details, and set the style there.
- how do I make the company administrator "see" a website that is not "empty" (if I create a website based on "Empty" he will see it)?
If you set it up under the correct company, you shouldn't have to do anything special. If you log in as the site admin (using the sitegroup 0 username and password), which sitegroup/company does your new website appear under?
