I can't think of anything for your situation since
AIS is always under specific host... You could think
of creating only one root topic (and AIS) with two main topics:
- --MidCOM Root topic
- ----Site1 root
- ----Site2 root

But then you would have to redirect one of the host to point
at the other one.

You can generate another AIS Topic if you go to Aegir
and change the name of the first AIS Topic (i.e. "site1 AIS Topic").
MidCOM is not using the name of the AIS Root Topic (only GUID).

Then you can go and use the initializer to set up the second
AIS topic. Or you can copy the topic by hand and set all the
parameters in Aegir. I'd recommend using the initializer...
