The 1.5.0 installation doesn't differ in any way from 1.4.4
installation, so that is why the docs haven't been updated.

Well, 1.6 is still in alpha stage so things might be changing
quite a bit.

The regular packages are still the same as in 1.4.x, except that
some of their names have been changed and there is the addition
of apache2 module...
~  midgard-lib => midgard-core
~  mod_midgard -> midgard-apache1

However, the thing that is completely new is the data package.
Datagard is a quite smart (but still buggy) application for
upgrading and setting up Midgard databases, and installing
Midgard apps. With datagard, simply:
~  $ tar jxvf midgard-data-1.6.0alpha2.tar.bz
~  $ cd midgard-data-1.6.0alpha2
~  # ./Install.sh

And then use the menus provided. If datagard complains about
no finding something, then fix the issues by adding stuff to
your path or starting MySQL.

Preparser is simply the second implementation of Midgard module
for Apache. It includes things like built-in caching support.

We decided to deprecate the old mod_midgard, as many of the new
things like NTLM authentication have been built only for
mod_midgard-preparse, and we don't want to maintain two copies of
the same module.
