Probably these users have session cookies disabled. That would explain this behaviour. So if someone logs in for the "first" time, Nemein-auth uses the login/pw to auth the user. After using a link, Nemein-Auth tries to read the cookie, but since it is disabled the login fails... Probably not an easy thing to do, but a check for "session-cookies enabled" would surely help this problem.
