Could you check which one has files inside?
Simple solution would be to switch your conf in midgard.conf to the one containing the 
files. If you don't get the graphics then you have to point repligard.conf to the same 
one  as repligard.conf and reinstall Asgard and Aegir, which would be a bit 
annoying....

You are right about that one. The midgard website has the solution however 
(http://www.midgard-project.org/documentation/installation/aegir, see point 3)

Apache is working though? What's you ServerName now in apache conf or 
midgard.conf?
