Sorry to bother everyone with this saga. 

rerun the whole db setting stuff this time typing slowly and no error
were produced. 

I imported all the applications and created the virtual host fine. 

I can look at the example site now (localhost:8002) yet I cannot seem to
be able to access to aegir or spideradmin. 

Any idea?
