Aegir and Spider-admin create host records to Sitegroup 0 with specific hostnames that may (very probably) don't match your VirtualHost configuration.

So, take a peek at the hosts table, and if the names of the
hosts with prefixes /aegir or /spider-admin have wrong names,
just update them. Also, check the port settings, as at least
Aegir wants to be located to 8001 by default.
