Your BOM is not setup correctly. You should have something like this:
RAW_C | |________> RAW_A | |________> RAW_B FINISHED_GOOD | |________> RAW_C | |________> RAW_D The only one you have to define as WIP is RAW_C Jacopo On Jul 24, 2008, at 2:18 PM, brijesh m wrote:
Hi Jacopo, I have created this example on : https://demo.hotwaxmedia.com/manufacturing/control/main here I have created Ram materials as RAW_A, RAW_B, RAW_D and RAW_C as work in progress.I have created two routing tasks as TASK_A and TASK_B. Task_A uses RAW_A and RAW_B as raw material to produce RAW_C. And, TASK_B uses RAW_C and RAW_D as raw materials to produce the finished good. Then I have created routing called RoutingA-B having routing task A and B. Then I have created BOM for finished product only mentioning raw materials RAW_A, RAW_B for sequence 1 and RAW_C and RAW_D for sequence 2. Now creating a production run for finished product in jobshop it does not shows the requirement for RAW_A and RAW_B.Please suggest the way out... What I have done is I have defined z as "work in progress" but when I create the production run for finished product it does not shows the requirement of x and y whether BOM is defined for finished product or for z and finished product both. Someone please share your thoughts on this. ENJOY Ofbiz Brijesh M.
