You need to subscribe the list first.

since 3.0.2 there is FPS chooser on screen-sharer applet
Additionally I would recommend you to check 3.0.3 version (currently being
voted: https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/openmeetings/3.0.3/rc2/)
