Got it working, finally. Problem is I am not sure what fixed it because it appears that the document files are created when it is uploaded something I did not find out until yesterday. Re-uploaded another file and it was working then tried to load the original and it was not so I remove and reloaded and then it started working. Something to consider, the development team might consider creating a diagnostic option which will check common things and make sure they work, mail, jodconverter, etc.

When I launch a room and open up a PDF document it comes up no problem but when I open up a word document I get a big red X (see attached) and it says DELETED. Would you know the cause of that? I don’t see anything obvious in the log files, but then I am not sure what I am looking for. Thanx.
