How to do you create a room for a specific user, I created a room but am unable to set the ownerid to make it for a specific person. Thanx.

Problem is I am not sure what fixed it because it appears that the document files are created when it is uploaded something I did not find out until yesterday. Re-uploaded another file and it was working then tried to load the original and it was not so I remove and reloaded and then it started working.
