Well, i was able to place OM to he customer.

In my opinion it is working well but very often – to often – the customer is 
reporting problems i there are invitations to „Externals“.

Today i was able to monitor such a case.

The External was able to go into the room but no video and no audio could be 
seen in the room.

I know about all the „firewall issues“ but is it possible in easy words to say, 
why this is happening?

All the time we hear something like „we do not have problems with Jitsi meet, 
zoom, and so on…“.

I can try to explain, that the problem is not in our but the customers network.

Overall what we need to achieve is a tool that just works.
