i really learned to love OM but i guess i will need to setup a jitsi beside for 
he customer to have two systems available in case of problems…

All the time we hear something like „we do not have problems with Jitsi meet, 
zoom, and so on…“.

The above apps are not browser apps
We don't have the option to use Flash
And are limited to WebRTC
It should be direct replacement but requires much more open ports

Unfortunately there is no simple solution here

I can try to explain, that the problem is not in our but the customers network.

Overall what we need to achieve is a tool that just works.
