try to add these 2 lines to `conf/logging.properties` (into correspondent
block)
1catalina.org.apache.juli.AsyncFileHandler.limit = 1024000
1catalina.org.apache.juli.AsyncFileHandler.count = 5

haven't tested it yet ...
