I fixed the the problem : By default, the module is bean installed but
not activated.Go to applications menu : Application + and colic activate.

Generally the folder name of the app has to be identical with the id
tag in the file "info.xml" of the appinfo subfolder of the app.

app. It showed up in the list of disabled apps in OwnCloud, but I
could not enable it until I renamed the folder to the correct name.

Hi mparchet,
I'm running OC server 8.0.2 at a webhost using the DirectAdmin
webcontrol panel and tried to install Contacts 8.0 0.3.0.18.
I dowloaded the zip-file from:
https://apps.owncloud.com/content/show.php/Contacts+8.0?content=168708
Uploaded this zip-file to the OC server folder: apps
Uppacked it there using DirectAdmin and got a subfolder named
"contacts" with all files in it.
Next I refreshed the OC admin Web UI screen and could enable this
app in the "Apps/Not enabled" tab.
All works fine.
So unpacking on the server might be a better way.
On a previous server version I also used an FTP program to copy all
the files for the File Locking app. For some reason I had to do that
accurately file by file. But that worked as well.

Since I have install owncloud 8 server, I is not any more the
calendar and contact applications installed. I have downloaded
the following application and I would like to install it
Here is the applications list :
1. Contacts
2. Calendar
3. Bookmarks
4. Tasks
I tried to upload the folders contents on my ftp server but no
applications has added in the menu and no application added on
application list.
Could you help me please ?
