You might be able to use the online documents editing (and share them),
but it's pretty basic text editing. Works even like a sort of chat when
you're working with multiple people on the same document (who has
opened/working on it is shown on the right site) ;)
In the file listing you can see in the versions history who changed it
last and so on. You've to see/test for yourself if it's suitable for
your needs..
