In config.php, there’s instanceid. What exactly is this for, and how unique does it need to be?
Example: 1. I move to a different server. Can I use the same instanceid on the new server? 2. I restore an owncloud backup to a new installation temporarily. Can I use the same instanceid for both? On the same server (with different virtual hostname and/or context) 3. I upgrade owncloud. To make sure the upgrade went smoothly, I run both old and new versions side by side for some time (different virtual hostname and/or context, and copied dbs and data dir) 4. I get divorced (just kidding, it’s an example!). Both get a full copy of the home owncloud. Do they need different instanceids? What if they chose the same hosting provider? If I do need to change it, how do I generate a new one?
