OK. Thanks. Tomcat doesn't seem to require resource-refs for resources
defined in the corresponding context xml. We should include a note about
that in the Installation Guide.

I believe steps 2 and 3 are also covered in the Administration and User
Guides, respectively. This split is inconvenient when you're one guy
playing all three roles of installer, administrator, and user; in such
cases
your best bet is probably to search the respective guides for a keyword,
like "mail".
Thanks again. My main concern is I still had to
* create a javamail session called 'mail/Session'
*uncomment the resource-ref for mail/Session at the bottom of
WEB-INF/web.xml
neither of which seemed to be documented
(and which also break things like inviting users to co-author a blog).
Are these steps unnecessary when using tomcat for some reason?
That seems to be the default deployment platform.
