Dion, I have taken another look at my response. I see that it is too emotionally laden. My apologies. However, on the substantive issues, this really is a matter of just reading the literature. If you find any reason to debate the issue, then I would be happy to do that. But, to see what it takes for a design to be test friendly is a matter that takes more time than I want to give to you. Again, my apologies for the language that was too strong.
