Hi.

We have downloaded the new official container image of Apache ActiveMQ Artemis
(v2.30.0) from dockerhub and are using it to (scripted) build and run our own
containers for deployment (applying our own specific config over the default
for broker.xml, management.xml, log4j2.properties, login.config etc).

We are seeing an issue, when placing the aforementioned files in the
/etc-override folder, they aren't being overridden in the /etc folder (we have
noted the issue&commit in
https://github.com/apache/activemq-artemis/commit/fd5b64f035aa4a7ec8d4a5951818ee331a8d3a62
which fixes this but isn't in 2.30.0 at present.

So we have a couple of questions-

Is there a workaround to this issue (we have tried copying the files via a
script during the build and run process but it fails due to permissions -
possibly as the file isn't owned by Artemis user
Will the above fix be included in 2.31.0 and if so, when is that due to be
published?

Thanks
