I think perhaps you need to spend some time learning Spring,
Hibernate, Struts2, Maven, JPA etc and then come back to appfuse when
you have some experience with those - it is not for the unexperienced
in Java/Spring/H8 etc.  It is a fairly heavy beast, and there is a lot
of stuff in there, but appfuse is most definitely not a problem to
develop on when you are comfortable with the basic underlying
technologies.  Once you are into it, you will be able to quickly
create a project, add some basic DB model objects and then generate
some CRUD views in under 5 minutes.  Of course if you are doing a
proper project it will take time - there is no language that will do
your business logic implementation...
