Hi,
I'm trying to connect to my own ICGC mart from martconfigurator adding
it as a 'new source'. However the mart configuration is not picked it
up. This is what I have done:
-Open martconfigurator.
-Add a new source
-Choose 'Relational Mart' as Type, type host, pot, password.
-Click on our ICGC mart database and choose 'Yes' when prompted to use
the exiting configuration so the seven metatables are selected.
-Then I realized that our ICGC mart configuration is not showing up on
the 'Portal' section of martconfigurator. It seems that the mart
configuration it's not picked up!!
-Then I go own with the OpenID: create a group and an user within it
assigned to a openid (already registeted and tested in our ICGC mart
configuration XML file)
-Save the XML so it's path is set in the biomart.properties file (as
well as the key file).
-Deploy
-Log in successfully with the Open ID
-But then, as I was supecting, I don't see anything... not trace of the
configuration on the web browser.
Can you see something obvious I'm doing wrong?
