If you need to request the data for 30,000 SNP-pairs, i.e. you have to execute 60,000 XML-queries, then it just takes 17h to complete the data retrieval if you fire only one XML-query every second with a script. You can send XML-queries more rapidly, but please set some upper limit on them, because it will otherwise become an accidental denial-of-service attack. Joachim
