Hi Jana, I am trying to figure this one out as well: in this query, don’t you only get the genes that the SNPs map to, and not the genes in between? (When I did it, I only got 2 genes back.)
My first thought was to use 'Markers filters (start/end) - but it didn’t seem to accept SNPs.
