Dear Junjun,

Thanks for a prompt response and updating svn this quickly. The OS we are
using is Linux(release 11) with direct access to the server.
The deployment of BioMart server now works fine. I will definately stay
connected with the community on how we are deploying of Biomart 0.8 rc-6.

Thanks,
Parul Kudtarkar

problem. The ERRORs in the log were not really errors, they are debug
information but mistakenly logged as error. We have already fixed those.
You may want to update your code using 'svn update'

the web browser did not open? If so, I'd like to know more information
about your OS environment. What's the operation systems you use,
Windows,

runs on a remote server? In such case, you will need to open the web
browser manually then point it to http://your_remote_server_address:9000

you can look into a log file under 'dist/logs/' with a name like
'stdouterr.2011_xx_xx.log' for more information.
