Hi Guys,
I am trying to get a BioMart service up and running. I have managed to
get the database to build, but I have now run into the wall of martview.
Getting the webserver up and running seems to be ok, but it is getting
the filters to display that I am having trouble with. Using the
marteditor programme, I can get the drop down lists to display, but
sections where I want then to search an ontology with the ID or the name
of the term do not get displayed on the website. I thought that this
was just a display problem so I tried posting XML queries, but they too
also fail saying that the filter name is unrecognised.
Would anyone know where to go from here?
I am running BioMart 0.7.
