Hi Jelle, Yes - there is no HUGO ID filter in the MGI dataset but there is also no HUGO attribute so a little bit confused.
You could do it through the Ensembl BioMart setting the with mouse orthologs and with HGNC ID filters: http://www.ensembl.org/biomart/martview/b276f91d140b96b3ea2053753e94e75b?VIRTUALSCHEMANAME=default&ATTRIBUTES=hsapiens_gene_ensembl.default.feature_page.ensembl_gene_id|hsapiens_gene_ensembl.default.feature_page.hgnc_id|hsapiens_gene_ensembl.default.feature_page.hgnc_symbol&FILTERS=hsapiens_gene_ensembl.default.filters.with_mmusculus_homolog.only|hsapiens_gene_ensembl.default.filters.with_hgnc.only&VISIBLEPANEL=resultspanel Hope that helps Damian
