The new cluster at our institute has containerised compute nodes, and it would be very interesting to learn how to build/package the ET generically for such a system, to avoid the headaches associated with setting it up on a new cluster each time. At the moment, we are using a single container image which just looks like a regular cluster. I have some experimental Dockerfiles for the ET, but there is no integration into any MPI stack or interconnect fabric, or queuing system, since this will depend on the cluster.
