Unfortunately most of us are only familiar with what was possible in JPSwiki and not necessarily "moinmoin". That is exactly the spirit. And I think quite possible, if not likely.
To my immediate recollection, there are now three Apache people actively working on the Apache Wiki, and of those, two are Cocoon people, and one is a frequent Cocoon visitor. So we are well set to lead.
