Nope; we should NOT be trying to fix things
like numbering ":by hand:" - this is a clear case
for site-wide update!

Its precisely that more informal structure from the
previous Wiki that needs to be retained; as I said
elsewhere, numbering should be at the discretion
of the author.

Yes stuff needs to be fixed by hand. A lot of the
problems might be relics of the conversion and poor
structure from original wiki pages.
