What target are you thinking about?


Working with an "XML In, XML Out" architecture, with XML models which are never represented as any kind of Java object model, does not seem to be the focus of CForms. XForms handles this pretty well - see for example its support for multiple xf:instance elements, use of xf:itemset and xf:copy.

I share Ugo's frustration with the current state of XForms implementations, but the situation is improving -- and for all its weaknesses, it's the only true standard we've got.
