Rhino 1.5.4 is the version Cocoon developers changed to add continuation support. Rhino 1.6 has the continuation support now included and we don't need to maintain the fork anymore. Unfortunately, there are minor (?) incompatibilities between both versions. Searching Cocoon mailing lists should have some threads with this topic.
