Just to wrap this up: The Antlr conflict was resolved by adding the jar to the beginning of the CLASSPATH in the WebLogic startup.
Adding the Rhino jar to the CLASSPATH did not work, so renaming the package in the Rhino jar appears to be the only solution here.
