Hi,
From the stacktrace,
Using AXIS2_HOME: C:\Documents and Settings\drajapaksha\My
Documents\Axis2-1.5
org.apache.ws.java2wsdl.Java2WSDLCodegenEngine
you're not using cxf side java2wsdl tool.
Check your PATH ensure cxf java2wsdl tool get invoked here.
