you can get all usage list about this command, I believe this one is
what you want.
-cp <class-path> Specify the SEI and types class search path of
directories
and zip/jar files

you're not using cxf side java2wsdl tool.
Check your PATH ensure cxf java2wsdl tool get invoked here.
