Hi,
Seems AXIS2_HOME is on the PATH but before your CXF bin , you should
try with .\java2wsdl, that indicate the one from current folder.

you're not using cxf side java2wsdl tool.
Check your PATH ensure cxf java2wsdl tool get invoked here.
