No, there is no 64-bit version of OOo.

Hmm, may be. I know (since a few days ago :) that for instance on
Solaris, it's not possible for a 32-bit process to dynamically load a
64-bit library. Well possible that it's the same on Linux: If your
libmyodbc3 is a 64-bit version, then it might well be that OOo is simply
unable to load it.
(Unfortunately, I do not know how to determine whether a library is 64
or 32 bit)
