Ashish,
Open a new Calc document. Hit F4, this will open the datasource window.
You will find your database file myoracledb.odb, assuming you registered
it when you created it.
Expand it by double clicking the name, you will see your queries.
Expand these to find your query.
Grab a query and drag it onto your Calc document. The data will be
copied, you can then manipulate it and save it.

hi,
1) i connected to one oracle database through open
office's database module and created say,
myoracledb.odb
. Now i created one query which showed result to me
in grid(spreadsheet like)like view. But "obviously" it
does not allow me to manipulate it etc. Actually, i
want to export/save-as this output of the query to the
actual spreadsheet format of openoffice etc. So that
i can do further manipulations. Is it possible?
2) i want to save the oracle'users password into the
openoffice document itself, is it possible?
bye :-)
