Uhm ... no. The form layer API exists for ages, and is (unnecessary) complex, but (so I'd like to claim) documented not too bad. The XML/Forms API is pretty new, and its documentation is near to unusable. The database/document API is new since OOo 2.0, but should be halfway good documented, and not limited.
