I am trying to attach to a Sybase SQL Anywhere remotely through ODBC. The behaviour was the same in 1.3/4 and 2.0.
When I make the connection I can see the tables in the selected ODBC data source but whenever I try any kind of query I get the error: The data content could not be loaded. [Sybase] [ODBC Driver] SQL Status HY011 HY011 ODBC error indicates that some parameter in a call cannot be set. I am able to connect to the db through ODBC with other products including Lotus Approach and a SchemaPlus. The ODBC service is provided by SQL Anywhere Network Requestor Version 5.5.02.1495 on WinXP. I have the same error under Windows 2000. Any help as to where to look for the cause of this error would be greatly appreciated. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
