Hi Andrew, >>I am currently not aware of any >>plans to extend the number formatting capabilities the way you propose, >>but this doesn't mean anything :) > Frank, this always brings up the question of..who is steering the ship. > Although I do realize that the answer > was a bit tongue in cheek.
Okay, let me do the complete thing ;) We could ask the person who's in charge of the number formatting implementation. That's what I tried (for me this would be a phone call only :), but unfortunately all who could know seem to prefer vacation over work currently. Alternatively, we could ask the same question in, say, [EMAIL PROTECTED], since chances are good that there are more knowing people. Finally: Valden, if you want this feature to be implemented, I strongly encourage you to submit an issue in IssueZilla, type ENHANCEMENT. This is the only way to ensure that it doesn't get lost over time. > Valden, I think you can get what you are looking for now by using a > image button and setting the border to none. IssueZilla is your friend :) (this is the short version of the long story above :) Ciao Frank -- - Frank Schönheit, Software Engineer [EMAIL PROTECTED] - - Sun Microsystems http://www.sun.com/staroffice - - OpenOffice.org Database http://dba.openoffice.org - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
