Issue. If the installer offers to install Base only (and it does, though the original intention was to allow to install *everything except Base*), then this should work, no matter what. As a side note, installing Base means silently installing Writer, else Forms/Reports won't work. I would have supposed that this happens, anyway, since Writer is needed for the help ...
