Hi, Not sure if this is best entered as an issue, or a RFE - so I'll ask here first.
Today I received email regarding the tutorial on the wiki - the user could make the database and table but it crashed OO.o when he tried to open the form wizard. After a couple emails being exchanged between us the problem was found. He had recently installed Base - alone. The installer offers users the option to install only the parts of OO.o they want, he had ( as a couple of users on the Forum ) had tried to install Base and nothing else. This doesn't work. I take it you can install Writer alone and can't say I have heard of anyone installing just anything-else. This is now 4 people that have posted a comment on this board or the forum that have just that with Base. It seems to me that either this is a defect - the fact that they can install alone - or this merits a RFE to the installer to quietly install the minimum packages needed for a Base only installation.
